1. No investment advice

Signals delivered through the Enterprise API are informational only and do not constitute investment advice, an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy any security. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, order routing, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

2. Authorized use

The token issued to your account may be used only by your firm and only for the purposes specified in the MSA. You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Ordertune signals to any third party
  • Share the token with parties outside your firm
  • Use the API in any manner that violates applicable law or our acceptable-use rules

3. Audit and logging

We log every API request — timestamp, IP, endpoint, status code, key id, and User-Agent — and retain these records for at least 12 months. Logs may be reviewed for compliance, billing, or dispute resolution.

4. Termination

We may suspend or revoke API access at any time for breach of these terms, non-payment, or contractual termination. On termination, all of your active tokens are revoked immediately.

5. No SLA in v1

Signal availability is best-effort. We do not commit to a fixed cutoff time in v1. We will give reasonable advance notice of breaking changes to the API surface or response shape.

6. Liability

Liability is capped per the MSA. Without an MSA, liability is capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version. When the version changes, you will be prompted to accept the new version on next key generation. Your acceptance is logged with timestamp and IP.

For the full contractual terms, refer to your signed MSA.
