Getting Started

This guide walks you through the complete onboarding process — from subscription to receiving your first trading signals.

1. Subscribe and Create Your Account

Ordertune uses Lemon Squeezy for subscription management. Access to the platform is invite-based after checkout.

Complete the Lemon Squeezy Checkout

Go to ordertune.com (opens in a new tab) and click Get Access. You will be taken to the Lemon Squeezy checkout page. Enter your email address and payment details to complete the purchase.

Receive Your Invite Email

Within a few minutes of completing checkout, you will receive an invitation email to the address you used at checkout. The email contains a Set Password link.

Set Your Password

Click the link in the invite email. You will be taken to a password setup screen on platform.ordertune.com. Choose a secure password (minimum 8 characters) and confirm it.

Go to platform.ordertune.com (opens in a new tab) and sign in with your email and the password you just set.

⚠️

The invite link expires after 24 hours. If it has expired, contact support to request a new link.

2. Your First Login — Dashboard Overview

After logging in, you land on the Dashboard. Here is what you will see:

  • Signal table — today's open signals and any new entries generated last night
  • Strategy filter — toggle individual strategies on or off to focus your view
  • Position status — open positions with current P&L (if broker is connected)

At the top right you will find the Settings gear icon, which opens the configuration panel for notifications, broker connections, and position sizing.

3. Enable Daily Email Alerts

Open Settings

Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the platform.

Go to Notifications

Select the Notifications tab in the Settings panel.

Enable Daily Signal Summary

Toggle Daily Signal Summary on. You will receive an email after every market close (typically around 22:30 CET) with new entries, exits, open P&L, and an attached IBKR Basket CSV.

Optionally Enable Weekly Report

Toggle Weekly Performance Report on to receive a Saturday morning summary with strategy-level performance metrics.

4. (Optional) Connect a Broker

If you want to execute trades directly from the platform, connect one of the supported brokers:

BrokerBest for
AlpacaSimplest setup — API-key based, paper and live trading
Interactive BrokersProfessional execution — IB Gateway + Client Portal Web API
TradierSimple US equities — access token based

Follow the broker-specific guide for step-by-step instructions.

You do not need to connect a broker to use Ordertune. You can receive signals via email and execute manually, or use the IBKR Basket CSV to import orders directly into TWS.
